General Laborer
Fiola Excavation & Construction is currently seeking a General Laborer. The general laborer will perform various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site. This job will initially start out as part time and will eventually evolve into a full time position in the spring and summer months.
Job Responsibilities:
The Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Loading and Unloading materials and machinery
-Helping with maintenance and upkeep of machines
-Digging and hauling earth
-Site clean up and preparation
-Maintaining cleanliness and packing equipment away at the end of the day
Requirements:
-Past work experience at a construction site is preferred, although not required.
-Exhibits prompt, timely work habits
-Willing to arrive early and/or work overtime occasionally upon request
-Takes direction with a positive attitude and completes tasks on time
-Communicates openly with the team
-Valid Drivers License
-Must adhere to company Drug & Alcohol policy
-Compensation will be based upon skill level and experience
-Must be able to lift 80lbs
-Familiar with use of various power and hand tools

Machine Operator
Fiola Excavation & Construction is currently seeking a Machine Operator. This person will use machines daily to aid with the project at hand. Must have previous work experience on machinery.
Job Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Safely operate various machines on a job site
-Work alongside the operators on commercial, public and residential areas/properties
-Follow safety procedures and protocols
-Willingness to travel to/from sites (usually in close vicinity to the Burgettstown, PA area)
-Maintain Equiptment
-Maintaining cleanliness and packing equipment away at the end of the day
Job Requirements:
-Candidates should be detail oriented and display team spirit
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Previous experience working with heavy machinery
-Familiar with use of power and hand tools
-Must adhere to Drug and Alcohol Testing and Policies
